Representation commences once a written fee agreement is executed.
Fees
Our fees are structured on a contingency basis. This means that we do not require any money prior to our firm starting to work for you. If we do not obtain a settlement or recovery for you, then you owe us nothing. If we are able to obtain a settlement or jury award for you, then DiTrapano Law Firm will receive the appropriate agreed-upon percentage that we discuss in our consultation meeting.
*In some cases, the Court may award attorneys' fees and costs, especially in employment cases.
